Short version

The LikhitPass app collects nothing about you automatically. It works entirely offline, has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no servers. All your data — progress, answers, settings — stays only on your own device. The single exception is an issue report you deliberately choose to send us by email, described in section 3.

1. Data we collect

Nothing, automatically. The LikhitPass app does not require you to create an account, does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or location, and does not connect to the internet on its own to send or receive any data. There are no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs of any kind built into the app.

The one way information can reach us is if you choose to send an issue report — a deliberate action you take, using your own email app. That is explained in full in section 3 below. Unless you do that, we never receive anything from you at all.

2. Data stored on your device

To let you track your study progress and reminders, the app saves the following information locally on your phone only, using standard on-device storage:

None of this is uploaded anywhere or visible to us, and all of it is permanently deleted if you uninstall the app. "Reset all progress" in Settings clears your study data; removing a vehicle or a document deletes that entry and its reminders. The only item above that can ever leave your device is an issue report, and only if you choose to send it — see section 3.

3. Reporting an issue

If you use "Report an issue" to tell us about a wrong answer or a typo, the app saves your report on your device and then opens your own email app with a message already written for you. Nothing is sent automatically — you choose whether to send it, and you can edit or discard it first.

If you do send it, we receive whatever your email app includes, which normally means your email address along with the issue type, the question it refers to, and any note you added. We use that only to correct the content and to reply to you.

4. Notifications

LikhitPass may ask your permission to send you reminders. There are three kinds, and all of them are optional:

Every one of these is scheduled entirely on your device by your phone's operating system. No notification data is sent to us or to any third party, and no push service is involved. You can turn each of them off in Settings, or all notifications off in your phone's system settings.

5. Third parties

The app does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-processing services. No data is sold, shared, or transferred to anyone, for any purpose.

6. This website

This marketing website (likhitpass.com) uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate visitor traffic, such as page views and general location by country. This is separate from the app and applies only to the website. It does not identify you personally, and you can block it with any standard ad/analytics blocker or browser setting.

7. Children's privacy

The app has no accounts, no advertising, no tracking, and no automatic data collection, so it is safe for all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, regardless of age. The only way we would receive anything is if someone sends us an issue report by email, and we use that solely to fix the content and reply.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of the app adds an optional online feature — we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above before that change ships.

9. Contact

Questions about this policy or the app can be sent to bhattakush@gmail.com.
